I'm very pleased that I contacted Pulsar Vertex to replace my old alarm with a new one. The new alarm and the iPhone app is superb. The guy was really patient with me (I had so much questions) and his work is really a high level. The only thing was that he couldn't finish it by 5pm, but it was not his fault. The siren needed to be changed and we didn't know that before, but he didn't go home till everything was done. We need more engineers like him. ~ Andor T
